REFUND POLICY

At Silkvelle, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
